Joanne bakes a variety of  six different sourdough breads – Plain sourdough, potato, light rye, multigrain, olive ciabatta & roast garlic/potato/rosemary ciabatta. On the sweet side, her almond croissants complement the plain and chocolate ones (pain au chocolat),  She makes five kinds of bagels & three “sweet” breads –  muesli, challah and Italian raisin bread.  All of Joanne’s baked goods are made with organic flour, local ingredients where possible, and all freshly baked (never frozen!).
