Nestled at the foot of the Cape Breton Highlands in Chéticamp, Cultural Fusion Kitchen grows and harvests most of their own ingredients for high-end sweet, savoury, or spicy jellies. These seriously snobby jellies are designed for cheeseboards, charcuterie boards, desserts, cooking, and, of course, topping your breakfast toast like a jewel in a crown. Most contain wine (less than 1%) for a burst of unique flavours that perfectly pair the wine grape with the fruit. This is not your grandmother’s jelly!
