At Salt Spray Farm we produce salad dressings in small batches with fresh local ingredients, no preservatives, nothing you can’t pronounce. Our flavours include Maple Miso and Raspberry Balsamic.
Our maple miso dressing combines Nova Scotia maple syrup and miso to create the perfect balance of sweet, salty and earthy flavour that pairs well with everything. Try it with salmon, chicken, roasted veg, rice and noodle dishes. Use it as a sandwich spread, dip, hot or cold.
Inspired by the sweet tart flavour of fresh raspberries, our raspberry dressing was created as the perfect finish to our favourite roasted beet and goat cheese salad. It has also become a crowd-favourite with chicken, lamb, and game.
