At Ship Builders, we aim to make a traditional and authentic cider that cider makers of old would be proud of. We welcome and take inspiration from modern cider making techniques, and blend them with traditional methods to get our signature classic flavours. We are fortunate to be from Nova Scotia — a place rich in cider making history — and that we are able to use 100% Nova Scotia fruit in our cider. We believe that cider should be nothing-but-the-fruit, and our products show a commitment to that belief.
